1. Acceptance of terms

By using coinmagnetic.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please leave the site. Creating an account or purchasing paid materials means you fully accept this agreement. You must be at least 18 years old to use the site.

2. What we do

CoinMagnetic provides educational content about cryptocurrencies: exchange reviews, analytical tools, news, airdrop information, an open portfolio, and analytical documents. All materials on the site are for informational and educational purposes only.

3. Not financial advice

Nothing we publish on the site, in documents, in the cabinet, or on Telegram constitutes an investment recommendation, financial advice, or a solicitation to buy or sell any asset.

Our portfolio, signals, coin analysis, forecasts, and other materials reflect our personal opinion and approach. We share our experience, but we do not tell you what to do with your money. All decisions are yours to make, at your own risk.

Forecasts and scenarios (including potential return estimates) are provided for educational purposes. They are not predictions or guarantees. Real results may differ from any estimates in any direction, including the total loss of your investment.

4. Account registration

To access the cabinet, you need to register with an email address. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity in your account. One account per person. Sharing account access is prohibited.

We may suspend or delete your account if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or if required by law enforcement.

5. Paid services

The site offers paid materials: an analytical document (one-time purchase) and a cabinet subscription (monthly or annual). Current prices are shown on the checkout page.

Payments are accepted in cryptocurrency via NOWPayments. We do not store or process payment data. Payment processing is governed by NOWPayments and its own terms.

Subscriptions do not renew automatically. When the paid period ends, access to premium features closes until you pay again.

6. Refunds

The analytical document and cabinet access are digital goods delivered immediately upon payment. Under the laws of most jurisdictions, digital goods that are delivered instantly are not eligible for a refund.

If you are in the European Union: by making a purchase and receiving immediate access to digital content, you explicitly agree to the start of service delivery and waive your 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

If you experience a technical issue (did not receive the document, access error), contact us and we will resolve it.

7. Intellectual property

All site materials (texts, data, design, code, analytical documents) belong to CoinMagnetic. Purchased documents are for personal use only.

Prohibited: copying, distributing, reselling, or publishing purchased materials. Sharing account access with third parties.

8. Limitation of liability

CoinMagnetic, its authors and staff are not liable for any financial losses, damages, or missed profits arising from the use of information on the site, in documents, in the cabinet, or in any other materials.

We are not responsible for: decisions made based on our materials; technical failures of exchanges, wallets, or blockchain networks; hacks, smart contract vulnerabilities, loss of wallet access; changes in crypto regulation in any jurisdiction; actions of third parties, including exchanges and DeFi protocols we link to.

The maximum total liability of CoinMagnetic to any user under any circumstances is limited to the amount actually paid by that user in the preceding 12 months. By using the site, you agree to indemnify CoinMagnetic against any claims, losses, and expenses arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of the service.

9. Crypto risks

Cryptocurrencies and digital assets carry a high level of risk. Prices can move sharply. You may lose some or all of your investment.

Risks include: price volatility, liquidations, exchange and protocol hacks, smart contract vulnerabilities, regulatory bans, loss of wallet access, fraud. This list is not exhaustive.

Only invest in crypto what you can afford to lose. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

10. Affiliate links

The site contains affiliate (referral) links to crypto exchanges, DeFi platforms, and other services. We may earn a commission when you sign up through these links. Affiliate relationships do not affect the factual accuracy of our reviews. All affiliate links are marked with the appropriate attribute.

11. Changes to terms

We may update this agreement. The current version is always available on this page with the date of the last update. By continuing to use the site after an update, you accept the new version of the terms.

12. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Georgia. Disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation are handled by the courts of Georgia, specifically the Batumi City Court. If any provision of this agreement is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
