Every month we buy 9 crypto assets in fixed proportions. No guessing the bottom or the top – we buy on schedule. Everything goes straight into staking – yield starts working from day one. Horizon: 10 years. Goal: stable passive income by 2031–2035 from staking rewards, dividends, and rent.
Why not just buy and hold
The popular math: invest $X per month, market goes 5x, you get 5x your money. Looks perfect on paper. It's wrong.

2028 – 2031Part of crypto capital goes into dividend ETFs, real estate, and defensive assets.
Passive income
2031+Staking rewards + dividends + rental income. Assets stay in the portfolio, we only withdraw generated income.
