The funding history of Recall reflects the consolidation of venture capital resulting from the strategic merger between 3Box Labs (the creators of Ceramic Network) and Textile (the creators of Tableland), which officially took place in February 2025.
Under this corporate combination, all technological frameworks, development teams, and product assets of Ceramic, Tableland, and Textile were integrated into a unified decentralized ecosystem managed by Recall Labs. According to the transaction terms, the historical investment records and capital tables of both parent entities were fully transferred into the new combined entity.
Consequently, all early financing rounds—including Textile's Seed round (2019), Ceramic's Series A round (2022), and Tableland's Series A round (2023)—are officially aggregated under the Recall profile.
