Alloco

Alloco (Alloco Finance) is an institutional-grade platform designed for the issuance and management of on-chain Exchange-Traded Fund (ETF) tokens. Operating at the intersection of traditional finance and the Web3 economy, the protocol focuses on packaging complex financial instruments into transparent, liquid, and easily investable on-chain products. By abstracting the operational friction of asset allocation, the platform allows institutional and retail participants to gain exposure to sophisticated investment vehicles directly through decentralized blockchain infrastructure. The platform's core architecture is built to support a wide array of underlying assets, ranging from tokenized Pre-IPO equity opportunities and traditional hedge fund strategies to thematic digital asset portfolios. By utilizing smart contracts to standardize the issuance, structuring, and rebalancing of these diversified funds, Alloco ensures rigorous compliance and transparent on-chain settlement. This structured product ecosystem provides market participants with efficient portfolio management tools, bridging the gap between high-barrier institutional markets and accessible decentralized capital networks.
