Go to the faucet, enter your Avail Goldberg Testnet address into it (the faucet may not work temporarily, be patient):

Navigate to the dashboard and connect your Subwallet:

Complete these simple tasks and click on "Mint Participation NFT" (in 4 tasks you need to enter the public key from the previous step):
